Advertisements were painted on barns in 40 states to lure tourists to Stanton from far and wide In addition to pulling in the tourist trade Dill promoted the caves in other, unique ways as an atomic bomb shelter during the 1950's, training site for G.I.s during World War II and a wedding chapel in the early 60s.
